The first nice day of spring let locked-down New Yorkers creep outside and finally enjoy some sunlight. Here’s a group of photos from that first weekend out on Coney Island, Brooklyn.

Tens of thousands of New Yorkers had died by this time, so the promise of spring was accompanied by some somber reflection for all of us. It weird vibe, but I’m glad I took the time to capture it. Hope you like the pictures.
